My history with Art
I grew up in La Habana, in Cuba which is the type of place that inspires you to create art, the beauty of the Caribbean is my biggest artistic inspiration.
I now have a bachelor's in Art History which helped shape my worldview on art as a crucial part of the human experience which preserves our culture.
My art is a way to connect with my own childhood memories of Cuba in an effort to keep them for longer than memory itself allows, show an insight into the experience of being an immigrant, and highlight the landscapes and experiences of the Caribbean.
